Coming soon to streaming is Dir. Stimson Sneed's TIM TRAVERS & the TIME TRAVELERS PARADOX; a dark, sci-fi comedy about traveling back in time and killing your younger self starring Samuel Dunning, Felicia Day, Joel McHale, Danny Trejo, and Keith David! MODEfx (Spokane, WA) helmed post on this feature and LIGHTBUDDY was grateful to lend a hand. In scenes where multiple versions of genius physicist Tim Travers were in close proximity to each other (casting shadows on each other/making physical contact), stand-ins played the role of the additional Tims on set. LIGHTBUDDY was tasked with tracking and painting out the stand-ins' heads and replacing them with "head performances" by Tim Travers actor, Samuel Dunning. The process required clever editorial decisions and precise re-timing of Samuel's performances so that the final group of Tims believably interact on screen.
